• Optimizing efficiency and performance of the sales team.

• Direct the field implementation of Company sales and marketing programs.
• Overall management of sales team including recruiting, training, coaching, etc. to ensure employee development, retention and satisfaction.
• Influence financial results of company by maximizing revenue and minimizing costs.
• Implement staff training programs in conjunction with General Manager.
• Ensure open and honest communication as well as teamwork with staff including weekly meetings.
